University of Redlands Armacost Library, 2nd floor westTake 30 minutes to pause, move, and check in with yourself.Join us each week in May for a gentle movement and personal reflection session designed to support mental wellbeing during the workday. These short, accessible sessions offer space to breathe, release tension, and reconnect with what you need - physically and mentally.Bring your lunch, your curiosity, and a willingness to slow down.
After the session, you're invited to stay and eat your lunch, connect with colleagues, and maybe meet someone new.30 minutes. One small pause. A meaningful reset.All levels welcome.
