U of R students are paired 1:1 with a child or teenager for a year-long mentoring program. If you are interested in learning more about these programs, please call CSL 909-748-8288.

Apr 6, 2026 6:00 PM | Mindful Movement & Yoga (Beginner-Friendly, Free Class) This gentle, breath-led class blends mindful movement, somatic awareness, and simple yoga practices to help students release tension, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate calm focus. It’s accessible to all bodies and experience levels—no flexibility or prior yoga experience required. A welcoming space for students and community to move, breathe, and reset.Led by Julie Houston. We recommend arriving early as space is limited.
