LASAA aims to foster a sense of community and belonging among all students and alumni of (and allies to those of) Latin American heritage. This will be cultivated through promotion of cultural awareness and appreciation, and opportunities for academic, personal, and professional development. LASAA will celebrate Latin American heritage, uplift voices within our community, and build a legacy of leadership, empowerment, and unity across generations of Bulldogs.

Big Buddies and CHAMPS are youth mentoring programs run out of the Community Service-Learning Office. U of R students are paired 1:1 with a child or teenager for a year-long mentoring program. If you are interested in learning more about these programs, please call CSL 909-748-8288.

Shortly after our return from the Thanksgiving break, URSA invites all staff and faculty to celebrate all the holidays of the season with a tree-trimming event on the Garden Level of the Administration Building.
