Please join us in the Meditation Room (Larsen 210) for a lunchtime session of Restorative Yoga, led by Professor Pat Geary. Restorative yoga is a gentle practice where poses are assisted by props and held for longer durations in order to relax the mind and body.All are welcome. All equipment will be provided. Big Buddies and CHAMPS are youth mentoring programs run out of the Community Service-Learning Office. U of R students are paired 1:1 with a child or teenager for a year-long mentoring program. If you are interested in learning more about these programs, please call CSL 909-748-8288.
