Please join us in the Meditation Room (Larsen 210) for a lunchtime session of Restorative Yoga, led by Professor Pat Geary. Restorative yoga is a gentle practice where poses are assisted by props and held for longer durations in order to relax the mind and body.All are welcome. All equipment will be provided. Please arrive early, space is limited.
